Team Presentation

In an event first, the Team Presentation will be presented to the public free of charge and will be held in Glenelg just prior to the start of the exciting Down Under Classic. Head to Glenelg at 4:30pm on Sunday 20 January 2008, to see the international stars of cycling presented on the main presentation stage and you might even have the chance to grab an autograph whilst you are there.
A once in a lifetime opportunity exists for eight lucky children to be team support staff during the Team Presentation. Any child aged between 8 - 14 who enters the mini tour for kids presented by UniSA, will be automatically entered into a draw to win the opportunity to take part in the Team Presentation and assist each team as they head onto stage for their interview. This is a chance for 8 lucky children and you must enter the mini tour for kids presented by Uni SA to be eligible.

Extra Shuttle Services

During the Tour Down Under Down Under Classic to be held in Glenelg on Sunday 20 January, Adelaide Metro is putting on extra services to get you to the event.
Tram supplement bus service
A Metroticket Tram shuttle bus service will be provided from the City to Glenelg to supplement the tram service from 9 am to midnight.
Morphettville Shuttle Bus Service
A Metroticket Shuttle Bus Service from the Morphettville Race Course will operate from 10 am to 10.30 pm from the car park area of the race course.
