Want to make your ride count?
Established in 2009, Ride for a reason is South Australia’s leading cycling program, giving participants the chance to challenge themselves while also raising vital funds for Cancer Council.
With one in two Australians diagnosed with cancer by the age of 85, we all have our reason to ride.
Take on the challenge today and make your ride count. Every metre, every kilometre, every distance makes a difference.
To participate in the Ride for a Reason Distance Challenge all you need to do is register and set yourself a target of how many K’s you want to ride in January. Ride solo or in a group and raise funds to bring us closer to a cancer free future.
You can clock up your K’s out on the road, in group rides run by the Ride for a reason team, in a spin class, via the Virtual Challenge Tour Powered by Fulgaz or any combination of any of these. It’s all about meeting your Distance Challenge target in your own time in a way that suits you. The Ride for a reason website integrates with Strava and also allows you to make manual entries so you’ll never miss a ride towards your goal.
