Strathalbyn, a picturesque town in the centre of the rural Fleurieu, is an ideal place to spend the day. As the Hahn Men's Stage 4 spins through the main streets there are many shady vantage points with full view of the passing race.

Strathalbyn is a family friendly town to spend time before and after the race with a choice of cafes and pubs, interesting shops, pleasant parks and gardens, playgrounds for the children, the picturesque swimming pool, ample off street parking and picnic areas with bbqs on the banks of the Angas River.

Add a visit to the Gilbert's Motor Museum to view the display of the historic locally manufactured Treblig and penny farthing bicycles as well as historic cars, motorbikes and memorabilia which will intrigue and delight all ages. Children are free to enter.
