The Santos Festival of Cycling was a 6-day domestic cycling festival featuring Road, Track, Paracycling, BMX, Mountain Bikes and Cyclocross, including the excitement of the 4-stage Men’s and Women’s National Road Series Invitational Race which travelled through South Australia’s picturesque Barossa, Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu regions as Australia’s most elite cyclists battle for supremacy.

Australia’s Tokyo Games-bound cycling team stars featured throughout the event including Santos Tour Down Under two-time WorldTour champion Richie Porte, who captained Garmin-Australia during the national road series race, as well as track sensation Annette Edmondson.

The Santos Festival of Cycling included more than just a road race, there was something for everyone with track, paracycling, BMX, mountain bikes and cyclo-cross over 6 unforgettable days.

The 4-stage National Road Series race saw the men's and women's races held on the same day, from 21-24 January. The stages weaved through some of South Australia's most iconic regions: The Barossa, Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu Peninsula, and final stage criteriums in Victoria Park (Adelaide).
