Inspired by the complexities and puzzles of winemaking, Chester created the idea of a cube-shaped building. Each of the five levels of the d'Arenberg Cube have been carefully designed to entice and excite the senses, including features such as a wine sensory room, a virtual fermenter, a 360degree video room, and many other tactile experiences. Visitors are encouraged to explore the Alternate Realities Museum, located on the ground floor, and view the many art installations on display. Located on the top level of the d'Arenberg Cube, the tasting room has panoramic views over McLaren Vale, the Willunga Hills and the Gulf St Vincent.

Explore an exhibition and sale of 25 Salvador Dali bronze sculptures and graphic artworks, on display in the d’Arenberg Cube. Salvador Dalí (1904 –1989) is regarded as a titan of modern art and one of the most important artists of the 20th century. Historically displayed in the great cities of the world, this multi-million dollar exhibition of Salvador Dalí bronze sculptures and graphic artworks is on loan from the Dalí Universe in Switzerland. Also on display are paintings by Australia’s own surrealist Charles Billich, whose artworks hang in the Vatican, The White House and the United Nations.
