FOOD, COFFEE, WINE

The Fleurieu Peninsula is overflowing with incredible coffee, food and wine experiences. On the main road, Bracegirdle’s McLaren Vale is an artisan chocolatier serving decadent coffee and chocolate drinks and just down the road you can taste an iconic South Australian treasure at the Menz FruChoc Shop.

Wining and dining is easy in McLaren Vale with beautiful cellar doors and eateries like the sophisticated Salopian Inn, rustic Pizzateca, and eclectic outdoor Down The Rabbit Hole Cellar Door. A newly renovated favourite with the locals is nestled in the heart of McLaren Vale, Chalk Hill is a food and wine experience with stunning views from the beautiful collective site. Sit back and enjoy a gin from Never Never Distilling Co. or sip local wine from Chalk Hill Wines, while tasting delicious food from Cucina di Strada.

Down the coast look for Pearl huddled into the dunes next to the Aldinga Beach boat ramp and the ever-popular Star of Greece for fresh seafood, Mediterranean flavours and quality, local produce.

A favourite with the locals, Swell Brewing Co. is the place to enjoy one of sixteen different beers and ciders, while indulging in some coastal burgers, loaded fries and southern chicken.
