Do you like vintage bicycles?

South Australia once had a long, proud and thriving bicycle industry with almost 200 bicycle manufacturers in existence between 1880 and 1980 with many of those making bicycles (and motorcycles) within the Rundle/Grenfell/Pirie Street precinct in Adelaide.

Come and meet a group of local enthusiasts who will be displaying some of these South Australian made vintage bicycles on Saturday 20th January 2024 between 11am and 7pm at the City of Adelaide Tour Village.

Some of these bicycles have been completely restored and others are completely original and haven't changed since leaving the factory, in some cases, over 100 years ago.

One feature to look out for this year is the Adelaide manufacturer and brand “Bullock” that made motorcycles and bicycles between the 1890s to 1960s at  Pirie Street,  just down the road from the City of Adelaide Tour Village.
