This vibrant community event will take place in Stirling on the final stage of the 2026 Santos Tour Down Under men’s race.
From 10:30am to 6pm a pop-up-style activation in the carpark beside the Stirling Hotel will feature food, drinks and a premium spot to enjoy all the action.
Expect a curated selection of TDU-themed street food including gourmet pizzas, fries, fish and chip cups, schnitzel and chip cups, yakitori sticks and a range of sweet and savoury patisseries available as grab-and-go items.
The drinks menu will include a mix of popular and premium options, from canned offerings like 23rd Street and Hard Rated to soft drinks, water and a selection of red, white and rosé wines all served in eco-friendly polycups.
As one of the few local venues licensed to serve alcohol during this time, the Stirling Hotel Spin Off will offer a unique and controlled space for those looking to enjoy a drink during and after the race. Enjoy live music after the race finishes and before the hotel reopens, from around 4pm to 6pm, an element sure to ensure the atmosphere remains vibrant all afternoon.
