Starting with a coffee or hot chocolate, we’ll run through the basics and make sure your bike is set up right for you and you’re ready to become one with your bike! Your guide will cover bike position, use of brakes and gears balance, steering, bike handling and terrain management. You
will have the opportunity to practice cornering and body positioning for uphill and downhill riding. You will ride away feeling more confident on the bike and ready to take on the Melrose town trails.
