This event is packed with excitement for everyone – and we're thrilled to welcome back the Tiny Tour! Youngsters aged five and under can hit the mini racetrack on tricycles and balance bikes for their very own FREE cycling experience.
Health Partners Family Ride
Monday, 20 January from 2:00pm to 5:15pm
Come down to Victoria Park – where kids and adults alike can hop on their bikes and ride together on a section of the Prologue circuit. Whether your child is just learning to ride or you’re a seasoned cyclist ready to lead the way, this is a great chance to share the joy of cycling as a family.
City of Adelaide Tour Village: Family Zone

School holidays have never looked better. Discover fun, free activities in our Family Zone, with everything from Connect 4 to an interactive mural, pump track, face painting and craft on offer. Bring the gang and be part of the Santos Tour Down Under buzz.

Bikes at the ready! The kids will love our fun pump track in the City of Adelaide Tour Village. It’s the perfect place to feel the rush of riding in a safe, family-friendly space. Come on in: all abilities are welcome.
Magill Village Family Zone

Enjoy a morning of family-friendly activities at Magill in Motion – the Magill Village Family Zone – right beside the start line of Health Partners Women’s Stage 2. Magill in Motion is set to feature a variety of free entertainment and experiences for all ages. Families can join arts and crafts workshops, get creative with hands-on activities and take part in colourful face-painting.
Brighton Jetty Sculptures

Join the action and be sure to check out Brighton Jetty Sculptures, South Australia’s largest outdoor sculpture event. It’s held each January and organised by members of the Brighton Surf Lifesaving Club, with 100,000 visitors expected over 12 days to view and purchase sculptures.
Nairne Pedal Party

Get ready for the Nairne Pedal Party—the perfect family day out! While the kids get creative decorating their bikes and doing fun crafts, you can sit back and relax.
Don't miss the treats! The Nairne Red Cross will be selling strawberries & cream, decorated cookies, and snacks, plus we'll have an ice cream cart full of summer goodies! Right next door you 'll find the Aussie sausage sizzle and slushies at the Nairne CFS.
