Santos Best Dressed Town Competition
Held each year in January during the Santos Tour Down Under, and now also during the Santos Women’s Tour Down Under, the Santos Best Dressed Town Competition has been a part of the event since its inception in 1999.
The competition is a great way for South Australian communities to get involved and be a part of the excitement of the first UCI WorldTour event of the year.
The Santos Best Dressed Town Competition is open to all towns, schools, businesses and households along the race route on all stages.
Efforts do not go unnoticed by the professional cycling teams who love the support and the atmosphere as they ride through regional and metropolitan South Australia. It’s also a great opportunity to have bright, colourful and cycling-themed decorations appear on the broadcast when the peloton rides through.
