Do you like vintage bicycles?

South Australia once had a long, proud and thriving bicycle industry with almost 200 bicycle manufacturers in existence between 1880 and 1980 with many of those making bicycles (and motorcycles) within the Rundle/Grenfell/Pirie Street precinct in Adelaide.

Come and meet a group of local enthusiasts who will be displaying some of these South Australian made vintage bicycles on Monday 20th Jan between 11am-7pm at the City of Adelaide Tour Village. They will be on hand to talk about the history of their bicycles, making it an interactive experience.

They will also be featuring a small collection of British and European made vintage race bicycles to coincide with the 25 years of the Santos Tour Down Under.
