THINK! Road Safety Race Day 1: Henley Beach to Gumeracha

This long opening stage demands nothing less than full attention. Racing will begin along Military Road in Grange, taking riders north to historic Port Adelaide en route to sprints in Williamstown and Lobethal and a scenic loop through the Adelaide Hills.

Riders will be forced to size up challenges including three passes of Checker Hill, positioning for the Gumeracha finish which comes just five kilometres after they descend for the final time.
