1. Team Presentation

Meet the Men’s and Women’s 2024 Santos Tour Down Under riders as they are presented on the Santos Main Stage in the City of Adelaide Tour Village.
The Women's teams will be introduced having already raced Ziptrak® Women’s Stage 1 earlier in the day – hear from the stage 1 winner and see who will be leading the peloton in the race for the ochre jersey.
See your international and Australian heroes up close and get an insight into who this year’s favourites will be. Throw your support behind an up-and-coming local rider or cheer for the world champions.
All will be introduced at the team presentation. It’s the best place to meet the riders before the remaining nine days of action-packed, highly competitive racing.
Come early to enjoy pre-presentation entertainment and explore the village!
2. Detours: Adelaide Hills Women's
SAT 13TH JAN 2024
The Adelaide Hills plays host to Health Partners Women’s Stage 2. Join us onboard our premium airconditioned coach from the City of Adelaide Tour Village and head to a private pen at the Start Line in sunny Glenelg to watch as the women set off on their longest leg of 104.2km.
From the start line, make your way to lunch at Patch Kitchen & Garden, where you will enjoy multiple delicious courses alongside decadent wines.
Located in what was once the historic Stirling post office and general store in the 1880s, this rustic restaurant will showcase a carefully curated seasonal menu. Your lunch table will be just steps away for you to watch three race pass-throughs as the peloton laps the Hills.
Once the stage has finished, board the coach to The Lane Vineyard for a guided wine tasting of “The Lane” series, including the famous Lois Blanc de Blanc. These premium handcrafted wines will provide the perfect finish to an already great day.
3. Breakaway Zones
Discover the perfect blend of affordability and prime race viewing with Breakaway Zones.
Enjoy the thrill of the peloton as it speeds by, all while comfortably seated in the shade. With our specially designated areas, you’ll have an unobstructed view of the action, allowing you to cheer on your favourite cyclists as they compete for victory.
4. Car Park Climb

Join the action in the East End. It’s loud. It’s fast. It’s hectic.
Start your Saturday night party at Wilson Parking in Adelaide’s bustling East End for the return of our Car Park Climb. Competitors will tackle six storeys, each fighting to be fastest. Who knows? Maybe a few of the pros will show up again too.
The combination of a DJ, emcee, delicious food and Hahn bar means it will feel like a party.
Bring your mates and go all in. This is a free event to attend as a spectator. From 6pm to 8.30pm on Saturday, January 20. Avoid Instagram FOMO. Be there. Be rowdy. Cheer!
5. Unley Gala

South Australia’s best street party is back! As the precursor event to the Santos Tour Down Under Schwalbe Men’s Stage 6 start on Sunday morning, King William Rd will come alive on Saturday evening, 20 January - and you’re invited to the festivities.
Known for premium food, wine, fashion and fun, the Unley Gala celebrates everything there is to love about this popular precinct, and there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
As the longest running event associated with the Santos Tour Down Under, the Unley Gala returns with entertainment for all ages, from live music performances and DJs to fashion parades, roving performers and children’s entertainment.
Sit back, relax, and soak up the energy of the race in style, with a comfortable seat that ensures you stay refreshed throughout the event.
