2023 marks the first year of the BridgeLane Women’s Team, expanding from just a men’s team through the support of a successful crowdfunding campaign. Emily won the opening stage of the 2022 Santos Festival of Cycling, also taking out the young rider’s classification. Gina Ricardo will compete at the Santos Tour Down Under for a 6th time, winning the award for the most competitive rider at the final stage in 2023.
