BORA - HANSGROHE
BORA – hansgrohe is the only German team in the UCI WorldTour, and is based in Raubling, Bavaria. Established in 2010 as a Continental Team by Owner and Principal, Ralph Denk, the squad was quick to rise through the ranks. BORA commenced its partnership with the team as its main sponsor in 2015, with hansgrohe joining two years later as co-title sponsor. The squad has since established itself as a presence on the WorldTour.
After several successes including stage wins at the Giro, Tour and Vuelta, two sprint jersey at Tour and Giro and a Paris-Roubaix victory with Peter Sagan, a refreshed focus on Grand Tour GCs began in 2022, and the team then won the Giro with Jai Hindley. BORA and hansgrohe are pursuing a long-term strategic partnership with the team. The goal, in addition to sporting success, is a clear positioning as a brand that follows the "Band of Brothers” philosophy.
