PLAN YOUR TRIP IN THE BAROSSA

Get the most out of your day by exploring this stage's surroundings post-race.

The first race of the Men's UCI WorldTour season kicks off with an iconic tour of the Barossa, just a 50-minute drive northeast of Adelaide. Set on a looped circuit around Tanunda, it’s the perfect opportunity to explore one of the world’s most celebrated wine regions. Then, settle in for a full day of elite cycling as the Women's One-Day Race is set to begin shortly after Men's Stage 1.

The Men's Stage 1 starts at 11:10am from Murray Street. Since it's a looped circuit, there are plenty of opportunities to catch the action as the men's peloton passes by multiple times throughout the day. At 3:30pm, the women will set forth for 12 blistering laps of an 8.5-kilometre circuit that also starts and finishes in Tanunda.
