Get the most out of your day by exploring this stage's surroundings post-race
Settle in for the Men’s Stage 5 beginning at 10.40am and the Women's Stage 2 beginning at 12.10pm in the laid-back coastal community of Christies Beach, just 35 minutes south of Adelaide.
The Esplanade will come alive as the peloton rolls out on its 176km journey through the Fleurieu Peninsula, before taking on one of the most iconic finishes in Australian cycling. Along the way, riders will pass through the heart of Willunga three times, with High Street's cafés, restaurants and the historic Bush Inn offering excellent vantage points to soak up the race-day atmosphere.
The men's stage is set to conclude at approximately 1.32pm and the women's stage is set to conclude at approximately 3.36pm atop Willunga Hill, where passionate crowds gather to witness the decisive climb. It's one of the most spectacular viewing locations of the Santos Tour Down Under and the perfect starting point for exploring more of the Fleurieu Peninsula.
